The link between bacterial vaginosis/ pregnancy is one that is very common. A vaginal yeast infection can develop when new yeast is introduced into the vaginal area, or when the bacteria already present increases. 1. Cut out refined sugar, as this can feed the Candida bacteria in your body.
2. Avoid foods that contain yeast and mold, such as mushrooms, dried fruits, white vinegar and canned vegetables. These can also make Candida grow.
